Avoid the Holiday Inn Express in Murphy, North Carolina.

The place is a filthy dirty dump with very rude employees
and a manager who could care less about customer goodwill.

Our room was dirty, and the beds smelled from urine.

Avoid this place at all cost.

There are other motels in town which are much better and
are clean.

If it's as bad as you say, E-Mail Holiday Inn. They're pretty
responsive on these issues.
